I ordered a pair of trainers from Urban Industry and they arrived way quicker than I thought they would. I got the dispatch email the same day, and then the parcel turned up the next day, so yeah, really quick.

Everything was packed properly and the delivery was just easy, no messing about at all. It was my first time ordering from them, but after this I’d definitely use them again.

Customer service got back to me really fast, and the issue was sorted out without any hassle. i just had a good gut feeling from how smoothly everything went.

For the price, it’s decent stuff. Nothing fancy fancy, but it does the job and feels worth the money.

These trainers seem genuine to me. I’ve worn them a few times now and haven’t had any issues. Weirdly, I remember the box had this tiny dent on one corner when it arrived, but the shoes themselves were totally fine.

Delivery was quick enough, the hoodie turned up as expected, and everything was straightforward overall!!! I’d definitely use Urban Industry again... especially if there’s a sale on!!!
